This floor restoration project in London’s Soho was quite a challenge. Not least because this bar / restaurant is extremely busy, and we had to find a time that they could close totally…….working with the owners we decided we would work non-stop for two nights and one day, so they had minimum down time. This forms part of the comprehensive service that we provide; it is our aim to make sure that every dealing you have with us that you are left feeling assured that you are dealing with a professional company.streaming T2 Trainspotting 2017 movieThe Green Mile 1999 live streaming film online

As you can see from the pictures the wood floor was in extremely poor condition, and this made it more difficult to carry out the first stage of the process. This is to locate any nails, screws, foreign objects etc, protruding from the floor boards and remove or invert. If this process was not managed correctly, these objects would damage the floor sanding machinery we use if left protruding.

As this wood flooring was in such poor condition, we had to start the second stage of the process with a very strong sanding grit which is a 36 grit; this was followed by sanding the floor with 40 grit, then 60, 80, 100 and finally 120 grit. The edges and awkward areas need to be sanded using an edging machine, as this is much smaller and can get into very small areas (a back breaking process). wood finish and protection applied to the wooden floor. The client was extremely pleased with the result and told us the floor far exceeded his expectations. Another happy customer, always makes us very happy too! Why not let us make you happy about your floors. We are specialists and floor sanding and we will be happy to discuss all elements of our work and wood finishes that are available for you.
